THE SCRIPTS OF PATMOS ( Part 2)
Rev. 17:16:....."And the ten horns which thou sawest upon the beast, these shall hate the whore, and shall make her desolate and naked, and shall eat her flesh, and burn her with fire...."
Now the ten kings which are the ten horns on the beast....correct?
They will hate the whore.
In other words, the ten men (the bankers of the world) will hate the Church
and will make her desolate. That has already been accomplished, dear ones,
because the entire vested interests, economically and financially, of the
Catholic Church have been taken over by the "International Bankers"lock,
stock and barrel, so to speak.
That has been prophesied and has already been fulfilled.
Rev. 17:17:...."For God hath put in their hearts to fulfill his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled..."
This means not that they are acting on God's behalf but that
they are fulfilling prophecy.
They are fulfilling that which they came to do and giving power to the beast.
Rev. 17:18:....."And the woman which thou sawest is that great city, which reigneth over the kings of the earth."
There is only one city that reigneth over all the things, and that is Rome, because the Papacy at the Vatican and the crown that he wears is a triple-tiered crown. It is in three sections (the Pope's crown) which means power over heaven, hell and Earth. It is obvious, dear ones, that if you are king of heaven, hell and Earth, there is nothing left to be king of. Heaven means all creation; hell everything under the Earth; and Earth the entire planet. So there is only one city which all the kings of the Earth bow to and, until very recently, most of the kings were Roman Catholics; and today they owe their allegiance there. Do you see, dear ones, it was a force that had to be destroyed by the bankers.
Now many people feel that the Catholic Church is the "Hidden Empire." It is not the "Hidden Empire," but it is nonetheless a force that would control man's mind: tell him what to believe and what not to believe. But the ten kings or the ten horns hate the whore and will make her desolate and will destroy her; and through the years and centuries they have been buying, and buying, and buying till finally the holy Church found out she didn't own anything anymore. That is the city that rules all.
Question: I have one question about these ten men. Have they kept reincarnating in the same family lines?--physically that is?
There is much that we can give on the
ten men but that is not my province. They can be named but we do not wish
to do that at this time because we want to give the meaning of the Scriptures,
not making it a personal thing. However, I can answer your question. They
have reincarnated over again and over again in the same pattern, sometimes
within the same family, yes, but the families are not too important. Also
they have, as perhaps some of your earlier theologians would have said, sold
their souls to the devil. They are in league with the anti-Christ, but the
Evil One, the anti-Christ (it's not altogether symbolic), he has not been
revealed yet to any man. Even the ten are not the anti-Christ....They are
only the servants. But we will have more on that at another time.
Now we will go to Chapter 18.
Rev. 18:1:....."And after these things I saw another angel come down from heaven, having great power, and the earth was lightened with his glory"....
Was lightened. Is that not interesting? I wonder what that means! Something's coming down and the earth will be lightened with his glory. Very interesting!
Rev. 18:2:....."And he cried mightily with a strong voice, saying Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and is become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit...."
In other words, we have a definite prophecy, dear ones: The Catholic Church is falling. The Catholic Church is collapsing completely, and this is what she fears. The last few years she has tried desperately to gain support even from the Protestants by saying: "Come back, all of you Protestants; come back to the arms of mother Church! We will accept you. Come back and let Christianity fight Communism!" But, dear ones, in a sense she is right because Communism in a sense is part and parcel of the "International Bankers." Of course they control the entire world but their influence is felt greatly through the materialism of Communism. The Catholic Church has been fighting this, has she not?
Rev. 18:3:....."and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies."
Again her trade.
Rev. 18:4:....."And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues."
In other words, our infinite Father is saying: "Come out of this organization that claims to be my authority upon the Earth." He's calling out to his true people.
Rev. 18:5:......"For her sins have reached unto heaven, and God hath remembered her iniquities."
Yes, let her fall; let her go. The
"Hidden Empire"has destroyed her. They have bought her and she's
gone.
But you see the people of the world, so many of them devout Catholics, will
be horrified. Therefore they must be told: "Come out of her and let her
go."
Rev. 18:6-7:......"Reward her even as she rewarded you...How much she hath glorified herself, and lived deliciously, so much torment and sorrow give her; for she saith in her heart, I sit a queen, and am no widow, and shall see no sorrow."
That is exactly what the Catholic Church says: "I am the queen of Earth; I have everything. I have gold and riches and land. Kings bow before me."But remember the prophecy of the Church of Laodicea: "You claim you are so rich and yet you are naked and have nothing." Which means, of course, yes, they are rich in material goods but they are naked spiritually.
Rev. 18:8:......."Therefore shall her plagues come in one day, death, and mourning, and famine; and she shall be utterly burned with fire: for strong is the Lord God who judgeth her."
This ties in with what you have spoken of in "Secret Places of the Lion": A great earthquake will shake the seven hills. The tombs of the saints will be opened, the secrets exposed. The great vaults of the Vatican which have hidden the truths through all time that they have accumulated and not allowed man to know about: the secrets of the doctrine of reincarnation which our Lord taught and other secrets which they have kept from man, starting with Constantine.
Dear ones, the Catholic Church is built upon Constantine, not Christ. In other words, it is built upon he who was Judas Iscariot. Now look! We have a very interesting parallel. Constantine had been Judas Iscariot. Judas Icariot, although a very good man, did not understand. He thought that the word, the kingdom of the Christ, would be a material kingdom. He said to The Christ many times" "Lord, pick up the scepter; it's in the dust. The scepter of Israel is at your feet. You are King."
And the Lord said: "Judas, beloved
Judas, how many times must I tell you that my kingdom is not of the earth!
The scepter will stay in the dust."
Now do you see the connection over the years? Judas, steeped in materialism, as Constantine, was also steeped in materialism, although he paid in part karmically by establishing the Church, making it the state religion, but at the same time he removed the doctrine of reincarnation. He tampered with the sacred message taught by the Lord and materialism became the main objective of the Catholic Church. As Judas he wished to make the Kingdom on earth.... As Constantine this became literal fact.
As an emperor he made the Christian religion a Kingdom upon the earth, and the Catholic Church is still that. It is a kingdom; it's a Church of wealth; it is a Church of gold and jewels and gems and wealth beyond measure. It has always been symbolized so. And now it collapses and falls. Many true believers are going to wonder. The truth will be opened and there shall be great fires.
Rev. 18-9-12:......"And the kings of the earth....shall bewail her....when they shall see the smoke of her burning....saying, Alas, alas that great city Babylon...for in one hour is thy judgment come...of gold, and silver, and precious stones, and of pearls, the fine linen, and purple, and silk, and scarlet...."
Ah yes! If I have never heard a more perfect description of a Catholic Church and alter in my life! The white linen of the altars, the purple of the bishops, and the scarlet of the Cardinals! And the jewels and gold, and silver, and gems, the incense and frankincense....A perfect description!
Rev. 18:13:......"and horses, and chariots, and slaves, and souls of men."
That can also be translated, and I wrote it that way (or had it written): "bodies and souls of men"not slaves. And they have controlled the bodies and souls of men. But the "Hidden Empire" must destroy them, although they are both attempting the same thing upon man....they both serve materialism.
Rev. 18:20:...."Rejoice over her, thou heaven, and ye holy apostles and prophets; for God hath avenged you on her"....
Is that not interesting, the avenging? I wonder how those who are Catholic would interpret this Chapter, because what city could it be but Rome? There is no other. In other words, we do not find God and the holy angels at all unhappy over the fact that His great Church has collapsed, is He? The entire heavens are to rejoice over her collapse, her demise. The true children of God, the prophets and the saints, are avenged because of this Constantine law that turned the Church into materialism and turned it into a worldly empire which it never was intended to be. Dear ones, the spirit of Judas Iscariot was the founder of the Church that sits on the seven hills.
Rev. 18:21-22:...."And the mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying. "Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all. And the voice of the harpers, and musicians...and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be....and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee..."
The millstone, of course, referring to the workers; and of course the songs in the Church, the great songs, the great Gregorian chants. Now the millstone in the sea. Is it possible that also there shall be floods following the earthquake when the secrets are revealed?
I john, your brother and servant bring you this and declare it to be so. In other words, this is John interpreting his own book.
There is more to it, but this is enough
for now. And dear ones, I did not understand it when I authored it.
How could I? Subsequent events have had to answer it, have they not? But anyway,
violence is definitely specified.
Rev. 18:23:....."And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee..."
Ah, you see!....The Church and giving in marriage! No more the bride and bridegroom! No more the thousands of burning, flickering candles before many images!
Rev. 18:24:......"And in her was found the blood of prophets, and of the saints, and of all that were slain upon the earth".....
In other words, what is our summary of 17 and 18? it's this: The Catholic Church will be utterly destroyed. That is in the near future. It will be destroyed by the "Hidden Empire"and by terrain changes. It will be figuratively and literally destroyed . Its buildings will crumble; its secrets revealed. But its political power will also be gone. In other words, it is going to be eliminated from the Earth as a source of power for good or evil.
But still remember, the Pope and the College of Cardinals are the servants of our Lord also. Remember also dear ones, that while they have tried to set up the material kingdom through wealth, it has been through ignorance through the spirit of Judas Iscariot. Remember, when considering the Catholic Church, you must tell the people they must always think of Judas. But then also you must tell them of Judas (see William Dudley Pelley's book, "As Thou Lovest"esp. pg. 223) that he was not an evil man, but misinterpreted the message and tried to set up a material kingdom. Again as Constantine he did the same thing and the result was the Catholic Church.
But the Catholic Church is fighting the great black anti-Christ forces of the "Hidden Empire." Therefore, it is the servant of our Lord. You see that connection. But being materialistic it must be eliminated, as all materialism will be. If we had our choice to be ruled by the Church of the seven hills or by the "Hidden Empire"I don't think there's any question which we would choose. It would be of course Rome.
Ans: That's a strange enigma of two forces both eventually doomed and yet working against one another.
Yes, you see, one is operating through ignorance of spirit getting the kingdom ready through wealth to welcome the Lord, our Lord who never knew a pillow for his head. They should realize that he is not interested in their gilded churches, because all the wealth of the Earth is as rags and filth to the Lord...he who knows the grandeur of majestic worlds without number. It's all such a pitiful thing.
Dear ones, I give you this impression without any wrath or hate within my being. I have the utmost love for those who serve in the Catholic Church; believe me, I do, because they are operating in ignorance....as much as I had love for my brother, Judas, who did not see the picture, who did not understand the message nevertheless. That is not the most important message of revelation, but the meaning of the great whore who is the first one we are going to give out. Do you have any questions?
Question: I have one question. I don't quite understand. The Catholic Church seems to be symbolic of wealth and so on, yet they don't own any wealth; it's owned by the "Hidden Empire." Why is it they're symbolic of wealth?
They have been for two thousand years. If you recall, I said the "Hidden Empire"has just now recently in the matter of a few years completely bought up the vested interests of Rome. Previous to that, for nearly two thousand years, the Catholic Church was somewhat of a competitor with the bankers.... it was a definite threat to them. They are only recently gaining a stronghold throughout the entire world.
They have not always controlled every single thing...it has taken time. If they did, dear ones, long ago you would have been enslaved more than you are. You would have been literally enslaved. The "Hidden Empire" would not need to be a hidden empire if they had control of everything. The Catholic Church was the one great force that they had to destroy. They have bought it literally, and it is the fulfillment of that prophecy.
Next comes the destruction; and for the beast to ascend from the bottomless pit that has been hidden, and when he ascends, naturally he will make himself known; and the beast that was throughout all time, and yet is not because he is invisible, will make himself known. And those upon the earth will marvel whose names were never written in the book of life since the foundation of the earth.
Rev. 16-21:..."And there shall fell upon men a great hail of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent: and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great"...
Now, just for a moment, to let you think about it, what is the hail?
Comment: Of course we think of Velikowsky's Worlds in Collision. And well you might.
Ques: Is that the comet that will hit the Earth?
It is. Which will go into many pieces of course hitting the Earth's magnetic field. How long has it been that man has accepted the meteorites? Do you know that even in your 18th Century a man was considered a lunatic if he believed in meteorites from outer space. It has only been within the last few decades actually when falls of meteorites were definitely observed that it was accepted scientifically. So therefore at a time that this was written "hail" was the only word. There was no such word as "meteor" or "meteorite."
It will come as a great hail. But a talent...do you know what that weights? I"ll tell you. An attic talent which came later than the Hebrew was about 58 pounds avoirdupois weight. In other words, avoirdupois is 16 ounces to the pound, but the Hebrew talent was double this: 116 pounds. Meteorites weighing 116 pounds are going to strike the Earth from the great comet that is coming. More of that later. I think it will intrigue your people also.
Comment: We had mentioned before that a great comet was heading for the Earth.
Yes, it is. So, you see, we have the "Hidden Empire" ready to snatch man into slavery, the "Unholy Six" ready to haul off the planet after it has eliminated the population, and a comet which is heading for the Earth to pelt it with 116 pounds hailstones. Perhaps not only will this information be interesting to your people but it will also frighten them out of their wits. Man must be hurt it seems to turn to spiritual things, unfortunately. It is a difficult lesson but he has not learned
