ORGANIC BROWN RICE


1 cup brown rice
1 ½ cup mineral water
a pinch of unrefined seasalt
2 drops of oil

Wash brown rice. Add water, salt and oil. Bring rice to a boil. When the rice is boiling put heat difuser underneath the pot and cook on low fire for 1 hour. When it is ready stir gently with a wooden spoon. Cover. Let the rice sit for approximately 5 minutes.

N.B. It is advisable to cook rice in pressure cooker, to mantain all the important ingredients within.
It is not reccomended to cook anything in aluminium pots since the toxins go into the food.
