THE LAW OR COSMIC PRINCIPLE OF THE REPUBLIC
The Republic Principle is that Universal Principle wherein action
by the citizens, in person, in affairs within their reach and
competence; and in all others by representatives, chosen immediately,
and removable by themselves, constitutes the essence of a Republic.
All governments are to some degree republican in proportion as this
Principle enters into their composition. A government is republican in
proportion as every member composing it has an equal voice in the
direction of It's concerns.
