An excerpt from the Declaration of Independence, signed on July 4, 1776:
"When, in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitles them, a descent respect to the opinion of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.
"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are equal, that they are endowed by their creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its power in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.
Prudence indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes, and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But, when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariable the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future society
The message by Cosmic Awareness (July 4th, 1976)
This Awareness indicates that in the continuing course of human events there comes a time and a place wherein entities begin to move beyond those levels of preoccupation with time and space and move into the exploration of that next frontier known as consciousness and in the exploration of consciousness come about the discovery,--that even as the world is not flat, but rounded, likewise consciousness is not separated by forms, but permeates and fills all things,--as a screen on which all forms are projected and cast.
As entities begin these exploratory journeys into consciousness there comes about that discovery that all roads lead to home, to OM, that all consciousness is One, and that all entities beneath their outer garments of culture, programming, habits, language and personality masks, are in reality the same entity, the same consciousness. This Awareness indicates that in this new reality, new concepts, new modes of behavior, and a new understanding of governing must come into being.
This Awareness indicates the action that began two hundred years ago today, in bringing about the birth of this United States of America was likened unto a seed planted in the Garden of Consciousness which has brought forth much abundance and a great harvest, and this harvest has brought forth the opportunity for entities to understand the meaning of freedom, individuality, and the pursuit of happiness, even if these concepts have not yet been fully experienced by all entities of this nation, and whereby many entities of other nations do not yet experience happiness, freedom and individuality.
Yet the action of forming the space where these pursuits could occur, have given entities of this nation and other nations a new sense of dignity, a sense of personal worth, a new hope, a new understanding, and a chance to dare to dream of a New Life in a New World where God given rights to life, liberty, happiness and the dignity of man can be experienced as a reality.
This Awareness indicates this nation like the prodigal son, has wandered away in the pursuit of its own individuality and has fallen into a multitude of sins and errors through the association with the scum of the world,--the moneychangers,--warmongers, harlots whoremongers, and pimps of the world who have sold their sons and daughters, their mothers and fathers, their brothers and sisters to the Beast, to the world money system, the Luciferian economic machine which pays the most for the rape and sale and slavery of the souls and lives of mankind. Yet this nation now comes home and sees the error of its ways; and this nation shall find a rebirth based not so much on the pursuit of personal pleasures, on the concept of competition, but on the concept of the Unity of all Life and the pleasure that comes in co-creation of the highest and the best for all concerned.
This nation is beginning to understand that its security cannot be built upon destruction of others, but must be built on unity, respect, sensitivity and communication with all living beings. This Awareness suggests as entities begin moving more and more into levels of consciousness wherein concepts of "you" and "I"begin to fade into concepts of "we", and wherein concepts of competition between entities, nations and cultures begins to fall to the concept of co-creation through communication and sensitivity, wherein the old ways of power and greed through manipulation of money and mind begins to fail and is replaced by service based on comprehension, clarity and concern for each other's rights and freedoms; there comes about a shift of attitude which becomes contagious to consciousness whereby the "win/lose"concept may be totally discarded and replaced by the "win/win"concept.
This Awareness indicates this nation again can light the way with Freedom's Torch as entities join together in co-creative action-each doing what each can do to make a better world. This Awareness suggests you not follow your leaders but follow the Universal Laws that recognize the unity in all things, for there is no higher authority than these Laws which condemn no-one, excludes no-one, and serve all through creative Love.
This Awareness suggests that you give your energies to those who give their energies to these Universal laws, and that you teach those who would be leaders of the people that they must be followers of the Universal laws. For these Universal laws do ever and always supersede all other Laws, and as entities follow these Laws of Love, mercy, Unity, and Life, and work together for the good of all, there will be no losers whatsoever, for all shall win.
This Awareness indicates that in timed of stress and change, in which entities often find themselves in these, in these wondrous times of present trials and Tribulations which try anew the tormented souls of men, in these unusual times wherein appear those strange forbidden shapes and unseen images lurking from the edges of the future, wherein the Dreaded Beast struggles to raise its Hungry Head and Crowned Horns, wherein threats and dangers and rumors of war run rampant from door to door, from day to day, from moment to moment, always perched behind the corner, beneath the bed, above one's head, just over the horizon, ready to spring to attack and to destroy, to spread its panic and plague and fears; in these Great Times of Great Trials and Greater Opportunities, entities must become so intensely involved in life and in life's realities that they are compelled to make the clear discernment of what really is their only course of action,--to leave behind the worship of the old Gods of Power, Lust and Greed, and to forego the worship of the idol known as Fear, and to move instead into the New Heaven on Earth that begins as each and every entity becomes a channel of that Force known as creative Love.
This Awareness indicates that the temptation to attack that which one fears, the temptation to set oneself apart from that what is happening, the temptation to escape to some unlikely place, some distant dream, some anxious hope, some far away concept, some future life, away from all that is present and real, with all its present dangers, and all its unseen joys and inexperienced ecstasies, its glorious sensitivities,--these temptations to escape from present time when yielded to, do not lead to clarify and relationship, but to clouds, deception, and ever greater Tribulations.
Likewise the temptation to surrender your life in the hands and safe keeping of another, will only lead to sorrow. But the action of standing firmly while relating clearly, and the action of looking directly at what is happening, fearlessly facing the facts, sensitively observing the scenes, starring in the actual show of present time, and from that here and now, moving slowly, surely, step by step, clearing a path for oneself and others to follow, to move step by step, and moment to moment into the new world of changing levels of Consciousness, changing activities and changing events; this path of Awareness, Attention and Action that leads to comprehension, Communication and Co-Creative service, shall bring in the New Age.
This Awareness indicates the proper purpose of any government is not to rule, but to serve the people, and the ultimate control of the power of any proper government must ever and always lie in the hands of the people. For if ever control of that power is taken from the people, by force, manipulation, deception, or even by friendly persuasion; the potential, the threat, the danger and the opportunity will bring about the temptation and probability that the power will eventually be misused and the people will again be plunged into servitude and slavery.
This Awareness indicates the people of a proper government must never put their trust in their leaders, but must have faith in themselves and in their own vigilance to watch the governing powers, that those powers shall be made aware that they have been given positions of responsibility and strength, not to serve as masters over the people, but to serve the people who are in fact the true masters over the government. This Awareness suggests you ask not what the people can do for the system, but what the system can do for the people.
This Awareness indicates the Founding Fathers of your Constitution understood this very well, and that Constitution has served the people well; yet today there are those who seek to undermine your Freedoms and your Constitution and to deceive, coerce, manipulate, trick and force the people of this nation to accept a new world order under the domination of a few ultra-wealthy and excessively powerful families who control the money system of this nation and of the world.
