1994 Cosmic Awareness Message on Freedom and Security (includes The Law of Security)

QUESTIONS TO AWARENESS:

"Awareness has previously given us the Law of Freedom. Is there a Universal Law of Security and, Universal Law or not, at just what point does security become slavery?"

AWARENESS:

"This Awareness indicates at the point wherein the slavery prevents your expression that you really want to make. As It has previously used and likes to use, the analogy of a diving board, one can have a diving board that is very flexible. You can walk out on that diving board and feel it going down the further out you get, and you can feel a little shaky if you have not been on that diving board before. You wonder why it bends so far. There is a sense of insecurity. This Awareness indicates that the person who already has been on the diving board, who knows the diving board well, knows that it will bend only so far, and that it is this bending property that allows it to work best as a diving board. The entity goes out and jumps up and down on the diving board and feels it go down toward the water, but also knows that it will only go so far and will then bounce up and let him gain a greater bounce in his jumping so that his dive can be a much greater dive than if he just walked out on a brick path and dove off.

This Awareness indicates the brick path will be much more secure but will not allow the diver as much expression in his dive. This Awareness indicates that when the entity's expression is hindered by security or security concerns the action becomes a trade-off. Do you want to be secure or do you want to express yourself freely? One entity may say "I want security!" Another may say "I want to express myself freely!" One entity may take off in the airplane and dive out and do skydiving and think its great fun and a great expression. Another may say "I am not leaving the ground for anything and I do not wish to have such expression! I want my security!" Thus, one entity will settle for security and not concern himself with expression and freedom of expression. The other will want more freedom of expression and not concern himself with security. It is a matter of personal choice.

The problem comes when someone decides to impose security on others, or when someone attempts to express themselves at the expense of another's security. Thus, the one entity, in seeking freedom, may go overboard and want so much freedom that he is allowed, or thinks he is allowed, to violate others in their need for security or freedom. Still, a government may step in and say "No, we will not allow anyone to go skydiving any more because it just looks too dangerous to us! There is a matter of national security involved. We want all our people to be secure, not necessarily expressive in their freedom!"

This Awareness indicates the question is a matter of balance and a matter of who is dictating what is to be made secure and what is to be allowed in terms of expression. The ideal is an expression of freedom being allowed so long as it does not infringe on others' rights to also have their expression, or to be secure according to their needs. This Awareness indicates that in making such a system or situation where entities have those rights of expression within certain limits, there may need to be some kind of security or fences or rules to enforce to protect the entity in his or her pursuit of expression, but also the limits of that expression that it does not infringe on the rights of others for their mixture of security and freedom. For example, if an entity says "I have seen enough of this! There are too many people standing around on the ground!

They are not asserting themselves and their freedom enough! I order them to all get aboard the plane and get up there and start jumping out!" Now, this entity might think that he or she has an obligation to the masses to rid them of their security or fear for security, and to give them greater personal expression because he values personal expression and he thinks skydiving is the best thing that could happen to people. However, another person might not agree and, to consider a truly healthy society, one would have to allow entities to have a choice in the matter and to protect their right to the choice. The protection of their right to choose whether to skydive or whether to be secure, whether to express or whether to be made secure, these are areas in which a society must deal, and then the question is "How much security should we impose?", and "How much expression should we allow?"

This Awareness indicates it is not for society to dictate these things. It is for the people of this society to agree upon so that they themselves can have a say in what the rules are, so that they themselves can determine what kind of security they need and what kind of expression they need, and the courts of law then, in a society, generally determines whether an entity is imposing on someone else's rights; their right to security or their right of expression, and this becomes a matter of delicacy, wherein individual rights need to be determined in a trial or in a discussion so that the entities involved can have justice (See Law of Justice) in their search for expression or security.

THE LAW OF SECURITY

This Awareness indicates that basically, The Law of Security is that Law which provides a foundation upon which an entity stands, whereby the entity can select a form of expression that allows his or her best performance without infringing on the security or expression of others who have the same rights. This Awareness suggests that when governments dictate security or the amount of security or try to impose security on entities without their consent, there is danger of oppression. And when governments fail to provide for the entities who seek reasonable security, there is danger of chaos and anarchy. It is a delicate balance that all must contribute to in order for it to be defined properly. The entities involved are as important to finding that balance as are the governments who are authorized by those people to find the balance."

man made laws with all kind of restrictions but these are going soon
to be dissolved as they are subject to the rule of the greater or
Universal Laws. Then what is the meaning of real freedom?
It is my opinion that as long as we are locked in our animal form we can
only speak of limited freedom but In our original form (our body of Light)
we can express real freedom. Then the real adventure begins.
Creating instantaneously by thought, travelling by thought without the
need of any passport or identification. What do you think about the idea
of manifesting and coming all together for real on board of our
Celestial Voyageur, sailing the waves of consciousness?
